מדיניות משלוחים
אנו ב-ALMA עושים כל מאמץ להכין ולשלוח את ההזמנות במהירות וביעילות.
זמן טיפול בהזמנה
כל ההזמנות מעובדות תוך 1–3 ימי עסקים מרגע אישור התשלום.
אזורי משלוח
המשלוחים מתבצעים בתוך ישראל בלבד.
זמני משלוח
זמן האספקה המשוער הוא 2–7 ימי עסקים, בהתאם לאזור המגורים ולחברת השילוח.
ייתכנו עיכובים שאינם תלויים בנו, כגון עומסים בחברת השילוח או נסיבות בלתי צפויות.
מעקב משלוח
לאחר שליחת ההזמנה, יישלח אליכם מספר מעקב בדוא״ל (אם קיים).
פרטי משלוח
אנא ודאו כי כתובת המשלוח שהוזנה מדויקת ומלאה.

Shipping Policy

At ALMA, we strive to prepare and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within Israel only.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent by email (if available).

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

Returns & Exchanges

החזרות והחלפות
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן בישראל, ניתן לבטל עסקה ולהחזיר פריט תוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת ההזמנה.
ההחזרה תתאפשר בתנאי שהפריט:

  • חדש, לא נלבש ולא כובס

  • עם תוויות מקוריות

  • במצב תקין כפי שהתקבל

החזר כספי יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי, בהתאם להוראות החוק, לאחר קבלת הפריט ובדיקתו.
ייתכן חיוב בדמי ביטול בהתאם לחוק.
עלות משלוח החזרה חלה על הלקוח, אלא אם התקבל מוצר פגום או שגוי.

Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be:

  • New, unworn, and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In original condition

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection, in accordance with the law.
A cancellation fee may apply as permitted by law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
